The Puro Appliances Pvt. Ltd. company was established in the year 1975 with the initiative to make the fresh drinking water avail in the rural areas at very minimal budget. Puro® Appliances Pvt Ltd is into the business of manufacturing and supplying of Polypropylene and Stainless Steel water filters under the registered brand name of PURO® water filters and PUROS® water filters. The company is also ISO 9001:2008 certified with certificate number Q9106993.
Aim of the Company
We are into the extensive purification of water as to make it safe and hygienic to drink. Our company specializes in water filtration, purification and contaminant removal system which remove bacteria, lead, mercury, chlorine and other harmful content of water to make it safe to be used for drinking and cooking purposes.
Provision of clean drinking water supply in rural India continues to be an enormous challenge. People in the rural parts of India have very less access to clean drinking water. Due to the consumption of contaminated water, people acquire waterborne diseases and a plethora of other sicknesses. It is therefore essential that we deploy technology for the benefit of those people who belong to the rural population of the nation, and do not and could not have access to costly gadgets.

Fitting Process
The pores in the candles are smaller than the Nano-sized microbes like bacteria and virus, thus enabling the candles to filter the pathogens in the top layer itself, thus enabling the clean, good water to percolate and pass through it and get dropped in the bottom container. The capillary holes formed within the Disc structure are so complex that it does not allow turbid materials, other waste solids, minerals and metal complexes to flow outside its structure. Therefore, the murky water which also has iron particles and pathogens gets filtered and clean water flows down due to gravitational pull and gets collected in the bottom container.
